I got caught up in other tasks and this post got delayed. Nevertheless, I am sure it is worth the wait! After sharing part 1 and part 2, let's get right down to admiring what part 3 showcases for our hungry eyes! To remind - this is the Leaf Me Endrucks Sep2024 game based on E15 Leaf Doodles #1,#2,#3.
21. Marja Jalo
In true fall colours, Marja shared her thoughts here - https://solmujenlumoissa.blogspot.com/2024/09/kapypitsiruskaa.htmlShe visualised this as a key ring - https://solmujenlumoissa.blogspot.com/2024/09/ruskakoru-kapypitsilehdista.html
But this parure really takes the cake! This gorgeous necklace uses 21 beaded E15 leaves and she also combined it with a pair of earrings.
"Four leaves on a walk" is how Michelle describes the above cluster.
And more leaves, this time on a tree that is shedding them!
Now these variations of the E15 leaf 2nd version are quite eye-catching! They would look good as tree ornaments and tatted icicles, I think.
The lovely models and enthusiastic participation inspired me to pick up my shuttle and tat a 4th version based on my E15 Leaf Doodle #2!
It is a Laurel Leaf or a Birdie on a paperclip! https://tipsaroundthehome.blogspot.com/2024/09/leafy-birdie.html
Just look at the tiny size of these leaves!
And then she went on a tatting spree and assembled the foliage into a miniature Garden Croton for her miniature lace shop! https://ninettacaruso.blogspot.com/2025/01/the-lace-shop-of-my-dreams.html
"The flower (eastern ray) is made from the beautiful leaf. Made 2 sets of 6 petal One set with 6 rings on each side of the petal and the other set with 5 rings on each side. Then I assembled the flower by placing the smaller set inside and with a thread forming the flower. Pistols are rings of different colors. Greetings from Bolivia."
