A short message

Dear readers and fellow tatters

This is a temporary post ...

We are going through an extended heatwave and I am finding it very uncomfortable to spend time at the desktop (I don't have an air conditioner in the study ;-P ).  While I will try my best, I can't say how soon & how frequently I'll be able to post.
The silver lining, of course, is that we can gorge on ice creams and mangoes ;-P

Thank you for staying with me thru hot and cold :-D

Hugs
muskaan :-)

  1. Oh I am sorry about the heat wave hopefully not followed by too much rain or bad storms. I will be slow to blog have family coming in. My so and last child is graduating from high school so this will be what I am doing instead if tatting for a few days

    1. Congratulations, Carollyn, on your son's graduation :-) Have fun & make a lot of happy memories
We don't see too much rain or storms (summer squalls notwithstanding) here, since it is an inland, land-locked state.

  2. A heat wave can do me in faster than anything. I'm just a wimp when it comes to heat. I hope you're able to relax during this time. Meanwhile, I'm sure your head will be spinning with ideas!

Yes, the bedroom, with the AC running for almost 18 hours, stays cool & tat-friendly :-)

  6. Keep cool and enjoy the ice creams,
Do you think you could just send a little heat over here, it's chilly, wet and windy.
    Take care

    1. Hope your weather has settled down a bit, Margaret ! How wonderful if we could swap a few degrees & clouds :-)
We are sinfully chipping away as a black forest ice-cream cake at present ;-)

  7. Stay cool and calm. How lucky you have a room with AC where you can tat. It doesn't get warm enough to wish for AC here, but with the humidity, I tat only experiments and trials that can get stained a bit. I'll look for you when the weather breaks.

    1. Humidity can be (and is) a real dampener, Mel ! pun intended ;-)
We’ve had a bit of a respite for now , with pleasant winds – dunno how long it will last, so enjoying it till we can… because there is still a lot of summer to go, mixed with monsoon humidity for next few months .
Lots to catch up on ...
